Key Job Duties:

• Prepare and input complex income tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing tax guidance and managing relationships.
• Conduct detailed federal and state tax research and analysis for various tax scenarios.
• Reconcile bookkeeping records to ensure accurate preparation of client tax returns.
• Collaborate directly with firm partners and directors on client engagements and projects.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through in-office training and CPE programs.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of income tax preparation experience in a CPA firm environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• CPA license or significant progress toward CPA certification.
• Proficiency in handling HNW individual and business entity tax filings.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
