Description Our client in Vista is seeking a polished, professional, and friendly Bilingual Spanish/English Receptionist to serve as the main point of contact for their corporate headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with employees and visitors, managing a busy front desk, and supporting administrative projects across departments. Responsibilities + Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth + Answer and route high-volume incoming calls in both English and Spanish + Manage front office calendar, conference room reservations, and daily visitor logs + Assist HR, accounting, and operations teams with administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and preparing documents + Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and outgoing packages + Support onboarding by preparing badge access, parking passes, and welcome packets + Maintain lobby appearance, office supply inventory, and general workplace organization + Assist with company events, catering setups, and meeting materials Requirements + Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) + 1-3 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing office experience + Strong computer literacy: Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PDF tools + Excellent communication skills, with a calm and professional demeanor + Ability to handle high call volume while multitasking effectively + Strong customer service mindset and reliability TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
