Location: Delano, MN 55328
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Range: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00/hr
Production Worker – Early Shift (1 Opening)
Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $18.50 – $20.00/hr
Job Overview:
A well-established manufacturing company in Delano, MN is seeking 3 full-time Production Workers across three separate shifts. These are temp-to-hire positions offering stable weekday schedules, weekly pay, and a clean, safe, team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment
Perform basic machine maintenance
Track labor and material usage
Follow safety procedures and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs frequently (team-lift up to 100 lbs as needed)
Stand and walk throughout the shift
Use hands for repetitive tasks, reaching, and tool use
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse preferred
Comfortable using hand tools
Able to read and follow written instructions
Reliable with strong attendance history
High school diploma or GED preferred
