Responsibilities The Chair will lead the Hematology-Oncology department, developing strategic plans for growth, overseeing clinical services, fostering research integration, and expanding community-based cancer trials. The role involves collaboration across Mayo Clinic sites, developing innovative care models, and promoting cancer health equity. Key duties include building a top-tier practice, leading physician teams, managing clinical and research integration, developing strategic initiatives, expanding clinical trials, and ensuring high standards of care and staff development. Ensure coordinated care across regions. Qualifications MD, DO, or equivalent, eligible for licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
