Position Summary
The Chief of Staff at Muir Wood is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position partners closely with the executive team to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic thinker and skilled executor to help shape the future of adolescent behavioral healthcare. The Chief of Staff will be the engine that turns vision into results—streamlining operations, clearing roadblocks, driving accountability, and ensuring that what matters most gets done, and gets done well.
