About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a force multiplier for our leadership team, working across operations, growth, clinical strategy, and people to drive critical initiatives forward. You'll work closely with the CEO, Head of Operations, Chief Medical Officer, and Head of Growth to execute strategic priorities, support our clinic teams, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings a mix of analytical and operational firepower, and is energized by solving problems that matter in healthcare. You'll gain deep exposure across the business and help shape how we scale from a strong foundation into something extraordinary.
Compensation
Compensation range: $150,000-$175,000, with a generous performance bonus.
At Greenbrook Medical, we value fair and equitable pay. Your salary within this range will be based on your relevant, transferable experience and professional achievements.
Location: New York City strongly preferred (Hybrid). Open to exceptional remote candidates in FL, VA, TX, NY, MO (must be located in these states to be eligible).
