Position: Estimator Job Description: As the Estimator , you will oversee and manage the estimating process for commercial construction projects. Your role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates, managing bid processes, fostering relationships with subcontractors, and leading a team of estimators. Estimator Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects. Manage bid processes from pre-construction to submission. Cultivate relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing. Conduct risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborative team environment. Estimator Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite. Strong understanding of construction plans, codes, and industry standards. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
