About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a strategic partner with a high-agency role in the organization. The successful candidate will be a generalist operator and builder, taking on wide-ranging responsibilities across strategy, operations, systems, hiring, and growth. This role is pivotal in increasing revenue, scaling systems, and shaping the future of the business. The Chief of Staff will act as a second brain for the CEO, driving clarity, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities, and owning process improvements. They will also be involved in building internal tools, automating tasks, and developing systems to track performance. Additionally, the role includes account management, growth, client acquisition, and internal hiring. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have 1-2 years of experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The role requires a systems thinker who is comfortable with data, processes, and building internal tools, and an independent operator who can take initiative without micromanagement. Strong communication skills are essential, as the Chief of Staff will be a key partner to the CEO and will be expected to influence decisions.
