This role will be responsible for architecture, designing, and implementing best data practices on the Azure platform. Requirements Extensive experience working on Azure Hub, Azure Device SDK, Azure Device Provisioning Services, Azure Device Twins, Azure Functions, Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Azure Stream Analytics. Experience leading or contributing to cloud data platform modernization initiatives, including re-architecting legacy systems for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency on Azure. Hands-on experience with Teradata, including data modeling, performance tuning, and complex SQL query development. Proven experience in migrating data from Teradata to Azure-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database). Knowledge of tools used to identify and manage structured and unstructured data. Experience with BI, EDW, Data Strategy, Architecture, and Governance. Experience defining and implementing information lifecycle management practices. Strong understanding of end-to-end data management principles. Experience developing and utilizing tools that prepare, extract, and manipulate data to create connected datasets (data warehousing) for analytics. Effective communicator at technical levels. Demonstrated teamwork skills. Good to have Experience architecting and building Azure IoT platforms/apps with exposure to containerization and serverless architecture.
