We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Intern to support our financial operations. This internship offers real-world exposure to property management accounting and provides a strong foundation for anyone pursuing a career in finance, accounting, or real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with entering invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records

• Support monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and financial statements
• Help track accounts payable and receivable across multiple properties
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and documentation for internal use
• Organize and digitize financial documents
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures
• Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial workflows
• Attend weekly team meetings and gain exposure to company-wide KPIs

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks or AppFolio) is a plus, but not required
