THIS IS FOR A UROLOGY ULTRASOUND TECH

Facility will not consider any Local Traveler (who resides within 50 miles of facility)

• Must be familiar with sterile technique and set up of sterile trays.
• Ability to function independently and proficiently.
• Must be able to move and lift patients, equipment, and supplies on a regular basis.
• Ability to function in a high stress, work intensive environment.

3 year current Urology ULT/Sonographer experience 

• Certification through ARDMS
• Meditech Expanse experience preferred
• Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer.  Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

For Holiday Coverage, Travelers are REQUIRED to work ONE of the following: 

Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and Friday/weekend after 

Certification Requirements

• ARDMS
• BLS (AHA)

Additional License Requirements

• RCS; CCI certification accepted

Shift Notes: 8hrs days Monday-Friday. Flexibility needed 40hr gt

Weekend Requirements: TBD/Holidays required if needed

On Call Requirements: TBD
