Talent4Health is seeking a travel Hospital Pharmacist for a travel job in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
Job Description & Requirements Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40hrs
Primary Location: Aspirus Rhinelander
Shifts Shifts Mon-Fri 10 hrs shifts 6am-4pm; or 1030am-830 pm
Saturday 07:00 am-700 PM
Sunday 07:00 am-700 PM
Float Requirements: None
On Call/Call Back: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
Weekends: every other in the rotation
Holidays: every other rotation
Required Certs: WI Pharmacist License
Required Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred not required
Minimum 1 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred
Charting: Epic required
