Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health RN with a CA license and proficiency in Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase for day shifts in the Inland Empire area.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Home health setting providing patient care in the Inland Empire, CA and surrounding areas
• Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule from 8:00 to 16:30
• Caseload of up to 6 patients per day, generally 1:1 patient ratio
• Standard productivity is 30 points daily
• No floating to other units required
• One weekend shift required per contract
• No on-call requirement
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) used for charting
• Mileage reimbursement follows IRS standard rates
• No specific scrub color required for attire
• Free parking provided at facility
• Assignments grouped to minimize drive time; occasional drives may exceed 50 miles
• RTO (time off) requests must be confirmed with hiring manager

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health RN experience required
• Current BCLS certification required
• Oasis documentation experience required
• HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) experience required
• Personal vehicle and ability to travel within a 50+ mile radius required
• Locals within a 50 mile radius accepted at the same rate
• First-time travelers not accepted
