Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health role in South Orange County, CA, requiring Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) proficiency.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Home Health setting covering South Orange County and surrounding areas
• 5x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Patient ratio is 1:1 with up to 6 patient visits per day and a standard of 30 productivity points
• No floating to other units required
• One weekend shift required per contract
• No on-call responsibilities
• Travelers are expected to have their own transportation with occasional driving up to 50+ miles
• Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Uses HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) for charting
• First-time travel nurses are not eligible for this position
• Scrub color is not specified; no standard attire required
• Locals within a 50-mile radius are accepted at the same rate
• Mileage reimbursement is available for work-related travel
• RTO (time off) restrictions must be confirmed with the hiring manager
• Parking is free at the agency location

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent skilled Home Health RN experience
• Experience with Oasis documentation required
• Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) required
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Candidates must have reliable personal transportation
