Your Role as a Full-Time Teller:

• Be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming and helpful experience for every member.
• Efficiently process cash transactions, manage your cash drawer, and ensure accurate financial exchanges.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions seamlessly.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Utilize our banking software to manage transactions and customer accounts effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience in financial services required-just a passion for customer service and helping others.
• Basic math and computer skills are a must.
• Experience in customer service is a plus; cash handling experience is preferred but not essential.

Work Schedule:

• Our branch hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
