You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting prospective customers by phone, promoting products or services and generating sales leads or appointments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using provided leads or databases
• Present and promote products or services clearly and professionally
• Answer customer questions and handle objections effectively
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team
• Accurately record call details, outcomes, and customer information in our database
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets
• Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
• Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

• Prolonged periods of speaking on the phone
• Role to be based initially in-office with potential for hybrid/ fully remote down the road

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage of $40/hr
