Salary: $53,000 - 53,000 per year Requirements:

• To be eligible for Year Up United, you need to meet the following criteria:
• You must be a high school graduate or a GED recipient.
• You should be eligible to work in the U.S.
• You must be available Monday to Friday throughout the program duration.
• You should be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• You have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree.

• As a participant in Year Up United, you will engage in an intensive job training program that includes in-classroom skill development, access to internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. You will gain valuable professional business and communication skills, including interviewing and networking skills, resume building, and ongoing support and guidance to help launch your career. Internships may take place at prominent organizations such as Harvard University, Wayfair, Salesforce, or Wellington Management.

Year Up United provides participants with an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. Our program combines technical and professional training with access to our industry-leading talent placement firm, YUPRO Placement. The classes cover topics such as Banking, Helpdesk/Desktop Support, Investment Operations, Business Fundamentals, Project Management Support, and Cyber Security. By the end of the program, 75% of our graduates are employed or enrolled in postsecondary education within four months of graduation, with employed graduates earning an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
