Position Overview CDL‑A Team Driver – Home every other week. Compensation includes $75/hr base pay, with maximum mileage pay of $0.74 per mile and minimum mileage pay of $0.52 per mile, plus $75 for each clean DOT inspection received. Average weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,850. Benefits Eligibility begins 60 days of active service. You may elect to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts. After 180 days, you may join the company’s 401(k) plan.
