We are currently hiring a Task Associate to help support our daily operations and deliver the unmatched shopping experience Ulta Beauty is known for. This role is central to our operational success, helping to ensure that products are readily available, store standards are upheld, and every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance

• Support store goals by completing assigned operational tasks and ensuring merchandise is fully stocked and available.
• Meet all compliance and execution benchmarks, including shipments, replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandising plans.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent operational flow.

People

• Help foster a respectful and inclusive environment for guests and teammates.
• Actively engage in continuous learning, including training on products, categories, and brand knowledge to enhance guest experiences and sales.

Process

• Understand and follow all Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and store standards.
• Follow the dress code and professional conduct guidelines.
• Execute merchandising activities, including planogram updates, marketing installations, and inventory routines using company technology and procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized areas throughout the store—sales floor, restrooms, backroom, and break room.
• Promote loss prevention practices and provide excellent service to reduce risks.
• Complete additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred
• One year of related work experience or equivalent
• Comfortable with technology such as POS systems and mobile devices
• Team-oriented mindset and strong independent work skills
• Able to solve problems effectively and follow processes
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent movement around the store
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and twist continuously during the shift
• Lift, carry, or move items up to 25 lbs. as needed
• Regular use of hands and coordination to handle products and materials

Pay & Benefits:
This position pays between $17.00 to $24.50 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, location, and shift. Eligible full-time team members can receive health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits, and paid time off. Part-time team members may qualify for select benefits.
