Targeting Officer

KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and action-oriented initiative to deliver solutions to complex operational challenges while identifying new technical tools and capabilities.
• Engage confidently and effectively with customer managers across various levels of responsibility.
• Apply advanced knowledge of operations, and priorities when providing strategic guidance and operational case management.
• Manage programs throughout the customer organization, supporting both traditional operational activities and specialized initiatives.
• Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations.

• Working Hours: Standard

Required Qualifications:

• Clearance: TS/SCI ++
• Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Writing skills: Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
• Soft Skills: Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Additional soft skills: Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group
• Prior experience in supporting operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in Operations / Analysis
• Experience identifying leads through all-source databases
• Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
