Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide essential support in a K-12 educational setting in Pflugerville, TX. This onsite contract position offers consistent hours with a flexible caseload designed to meet the needs of a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language support services to a caseload of approximately 56 students across grades K-12, with flexible scheduling to accommodate student needs
• Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement individualized therapy plans
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and clinical staff to support student progress
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLPA license is required
• Bilingual proficiency preferred to effectively support diverse student populations in both school and healthcare settings
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload and adapt to changing schedules
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience working with K-12 students is advantageous

Location and Schedule:

• Position is onsite in Pflugerville, TX
• Contract duration aligns with the current school year (CSY)
• 37.5 hours per week
