Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting in Austin, TX. This contract role requires onsite presence, offering a full-time schedule with approximately 37.5 hours per week during the school year (CSY).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language support services to a caseload of up to 56 K-12 students, with flexible scheduling based on individual weekly needs.
• Collaborate with licensed speech-language pathologists and educational staff to implement therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with team members and families.
• Utilize bilingual skills to support students with diverse language backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLPA license is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language to effectively serve the diverse student population.
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a flexible caseload independently.
