Location: Orange, CA 92867
Pay-$20-$22 per hour plus potential for bonuses
Job Type: Temporary or temp to hire, 3-6 months
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Office Assistants to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are professional, organized, and able to provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and customers in person
• Make copies, scan documents, and file records accurately
• Provide general clerical support, including data entry and document preparation
• Assist team members and agents with day-to-day office tasks and projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Bilingual Spanish, written and spoken
-No criminal background
-We need people that want to build a career, looking to the possibility of converting them full time eventually.
-Must have 1 year of customer service or sales experience
-Office experience is preferred
We will help them get licensed for Personal Lines License, after licensed, bonuses can increase, salary potential increases to $90k - $120k.
