As a Skilled Trades Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing highly skilled candidates within the trades industry. Your efforts and contributions as a Recruiter play an important role in the success of our team, and in the lives of the candidates you will be working with and the teams you help build for our clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
•Network with potential candidates to establish credibility in partnering with Talent Strategy.
•Interview candidates and evaluate their abilities. •Communicate job offers and prepare consultants for starting their new roles.
•Source qualified candidates using social media, networking, and other recruitment tools.
•Follow up with people you connect with and meet within your network.
•Think outside of the box to enable placements at every opportunity.
•Build relationships with candidates at all levels of experience.
•Increase your knowledge of your industry to become an expert and be able to provide career advice.
•Maintain a network of candidates that align with top industry specific skill sets.
•Utilize our CRM effectively, recording all recruiting activity.
