Job Description
Job Title: Siding Installer - Level 1
Location: Hulburt Field, FL (Base Access Required)
Pay: Unit-based, equivalent to $22–$35/hour based on production efficiency
We are seeking qualified and dependable Siding Installers to support a government residential renovation project. The successful candidate will possess demonstrated experience in the installation and repair of siding, window, and door systems, and must be capable of performing duties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Remove and reinstall window flange nails and screws in accordance with project specifications
Inspect windows for damage, document findings, and promptly report deficiencies
Remove and reinstall exterior doors, including associated flashings and sealants, at designated rear elevations and mechanical closet areas
Install temporary weatherproofing measures for exposed door openings
Remove and reinstall vinyl siding and associated accessories
Remove and install exterior sheathing as required
Maintain a safe and orderly work environment, including the removal of debris from driveways, patios, porches, streets, and grassy areas
Collaborate with team members to achieve established weekly unit completion targets
Minimum Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Possession of basic siding tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned tasks
Ability to obtain and maintain base access clearance at Hurlburt Field
Compensation
Compensation is based on unit pricing and averages $22 to $35 per hour , contingent upon production efficiency and output.
