Looking to advance your transportation career? Kelly Services is hiring a Shuttle Driver Team Lead for a respected automotive facility in Marshall, MI . This is a temporary role from December 15th, 2025 through April 2026, with the potential for extension!

\n Pay: $26 / hr
\nHours: 7 am - 4:30 pm

\n What you’ll do: \n\n

\n\t
• Supervise shuttle drivers and coordinate their daily activities\n\t
• Ensure safe, timely transportation of employees between parking and the plant\n\t
• Liaise between drivers and management, communicating updates and addressing any needs\n\t
• Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency\n\t
• Monitor vehicle operations and maintenance, reporting issues promptly\n\t
• Occasionally operate a shuttle, leading by example\n

\n You’d be a great fit if you: \n\n

\n\t
• Have at least a High School Diploma or GED\n\t
• Hold a valid Chauffeur’s license and an excellent driving record\n\t
• Have previous experience supervising drivers or leading teams\n\t
• Excel at communication and leadership\n\t
• Are highly organized and capable of adapting to shifting priorities\n\t
• Are passionate about safety and continuous improvement\n
