Job Description Oversee and manage all phases of high-rise shell construction projects, including concrete, structural framing, and masonry components. Coordinate closely with general contractors, developers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule alignment and quality control. Lead site logistics, material procurement, budgeting, and forecasting for shell operations. Drive safety compliance and maintain project timelines within contractual requirements. Manage and mentor field teams, including Superintendents, Foremen, and laborers, to achieve daily production goals. Proven track record managing the shell scope on high-rise apartment or condo projects (15+ stories). Deep understanding of formwork systems, vertical and horizontal concrete, post-tensioning, and lift drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with field and office teams. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred due to labor force coordination. What's On Offer Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000+, depending on experience. Bonus potential tied to project performance.
