As a ServiceNow Implementation Analyst, you will bridge business needs with technical capabilities to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

Note: U.S. citizenship is required for this role.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of IT experience with strong background in Program/Project Management
• 2+ years of experience with Change Management
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and functional analysis
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating into functional/technical specifications
• Ability to work with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
