We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Data Analyst to play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that drive strategic decisions across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end analytical projects, and ensure high-quality reporting using modern BI tools. Accountabilities:

• Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver impactful insights.
• Design and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Tableau or other BI tools.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale data analysis.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key business metrics to identify trends, risks, or opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects, from conception to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve data models and pipelines for accuracy and scalability.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data presented in internal and external reports.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar function.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to manipulate and extract insights from large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or other BI tools like Looker or Power BI.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for various audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity in a dynamic setting.
