Role SummaryAs a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee second shift operations to ensure our production runs safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. You’ll lead and develop a team of operators, support lean manufacturing initiatives, and work closely with the Production Manager to increase efficiency and scale our operations.
What You’ll DoMedium - Exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Ability to stand for a long period of time as well as raise and move up to 50 pounds unassisted. Must be willing to work flexible hours and flexible shifts.
