Second Shift Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee second shift operations to ensure our production runs safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. You’ll lead and develop a team of operators, support lean manufacturing initiatives, and work closely with the Production Manager to increase efficiency and scale our operations.

• Lead and coach second shift production staff to achieve schedules and goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards (HACCP/SQF).
• Implement and sustain Standard Work and Lean practices (5S, Kaizen, Visual Management).
• Track labor, downtime, and production metrics to improve efficiency.
• Partner with first-shift leadership to ensure smooth communication and handoffs.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• HACCP/SQF experience a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Medium - Exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Ability to stand for a long period of time as well as raise and move up to 50 pounds unassisted. Must be willing to work flexible hours and flexible shifts.
