Sanitation Associate – Bar Louie

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a  Sanitation Associate , you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps Bar Louie shining. You’ll maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, bar, and dining areas while operating dish machines and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. You’ll uphold all health and safety standards, keep supplies organized and stocked, and assist with deep-cleaning projects as needed. Your pride and precision ensure that every guest and team member feels comfortable and cared for in a spotless environment. At Bar Louie, you’ll have the freedom to take ownership of your work while being part of a fun, high-energy team that celebrates excellence.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• No prior experience required – on-the-job training provided 
• Must meet minimum age requirement (18) per local laws. High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
