GAF Salesforce Intern

Summary: Put your classroom studies into practice in the real world and gain the experience to help determine your journey after graduation. At GAF, we'll make sure you get going on your very first day with a comprehensive orientation into our company. In our program, you will have the opportunity to own your own projects, participate in meetings, and work cross-functionally with other departments.

Essential Duties:

• Project Collaboration and System Support:
• Learn about GAF's Residential and Commercial Business Units.
• Understand high level functionality and GAF's use of the Salesforce platform to achieve business goals.
• Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of new technology within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Assist team members in managing the Salesforce platform and supporting system enhancement efforts.
• Data Analysis and Quality:
• Assist in monitoring and improving the quality of data within Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data, identifying trends and patterns that impact business operations.
• Propose quick wins, such as list views, report tweaks, and flow-based automations, to improve data hygiene and user efficiency.
• Identify data issues and suggest fixes at the source, such as forms or integrations.
• Process Improvement:
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and other team members to analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on current Salesforce usage.
• Assist in testing and validating new features and changes within Salesforce to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Research and Documentation:
• Research and identify potential AI use cases that could be implemented within the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance business outcomes.
• Assist in documenting data definitions, standards, and processes within the Salesforce environment.

Under This Roof, We Require:

• Pursue of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0. (Current Sophomores (Graduating 2028) or current Juniors (Graduating 2027))
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Technically savvy and eagerness to tackle new challenges.
• A strong interest in the Salesforce platform and data management.
• Ability to participate from June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, without visa sponsorship now and in the future.

All GAF internship roles are paid at an hourly rate, however, there are no benefits associated with these positions. Candidates are expected to work 40 hours per week over the summer. Transportation, F-1 and HB-1 visa sponsorship will not be provided in association with these positions.
