Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients, using evidence-based methods that foster independence and positive behaviors.
Collaborate as an integral member of our clinical team to implement individualized skill-building plans.
Record session data electronically and accurately.
Create a supportive learning environment while maintaining open communication with families (Russian language skills are highly valued for serving bilingual households).
High school diploma or equivalent.
RBT certification (preferred).
Fluency in Russian and English preferred (or willingness to work with Russian-speaking clients).
Passion for working with children with Autism and making a positive impact.
Patience, empathy, and calm problem-solving skills.
Services are provided in clients’ homes .
Positions start part-time , with potential for more hours.
Must be willing to commit to at least 6 months to help our clients achieve lasting progress.
Education or early childhood development
Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
After-school programs or camp counseling
Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
ABA therapy or experience with Autism
Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
Personal experience supporting a neurodiverse family member
