Salary: $28-$36/hr DOE
Roll-Off Driver - $28-36/hr DOE | Day or Night Shift | Full-Time | Denver, CO
Skilled behind the wheel and experienced with roll-offs? If you've worked as a Roll-Off Driver, CDL A Truck Driver, End Dump Operator, or in similar roles hauling waste or recyclables - this is your opportunity to join a busy, full-time team supporting a Denver-area processing plant. This role offers consistent local routes, a variety of haul types, and the chance to work independently while still being part of a dependable team.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate Roll-Off Trucks as primary equipment; End Dumps as needed
• Perform local hauls (2-6 stops per day) between bakeries, processing plants, and client sites
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients to maintain scheduling and service expectations
• Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations
What We're Looking For
• Valid CDL A License (no manual transmission restrictions)
• 4+ years of CDL driving experience
• 2-4 years of Roll-Off driving experience preferred
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Reliable and self-directed with a focus on safety
