Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Hartford, CT, serving a K-12 educational setting with a focus on high school students. This contract position extends through the 2025/2026 school year, offering a consistent 37.5-hour workweek.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 35 students, with 19 students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and others presenting with individual and multiple disabilities.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each students unique munication needs.
• Collaborating with paraprofessional staff to support therapy goals and ensure effective intervention strategies.
• Utilizing teletherapy techniques as part of service delivery when appropriate.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Participating in meetings with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate supports and interventions.

Qualifications sought:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC).
• Experience working within school settings, serving K-12 populations.
• petence in teletherapy platforms and methods preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads involving students with ASD and multiple disabilities.
• Strong organizational and munication skills.
