Job Description

The Nurse independently practices in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

• Meets competencies related to self, others, and leadership.
• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care.
• Assesses learning needs and educates patients and families.
• Requires a BSN preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience preferred, and active RN license with BLS certification.
• Certifications in fetal monitoring, STABLE, NRP, and ACLS are required or must be obtained within specified timeframes.
• Works night shift from 7PM to 7AM, full-time.
