Pay Range: $20.00$24.00/hour

Work Unlimited is seeking a Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to support our mission by attracting compassionate, dedicated team members and strengthening our employee culture. Position Summary
The Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator leads the day-to-day hiring process and supports employee engagement and recognition programs. This includes posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating hiring steps, managing our employment brand online, and supporting internal communication and appreciation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post, manage, and update job advertisements across job boards and social platforms
  • Screen applicants, conduct virtual video call interviews, and coordinate next steps
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team to coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding
  • Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment metrics
  • Build relationships with applicants, community partners, and local schools
  • Develop and post content for social media highlighting culture, openings, and agency achievements
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, milestones, and internal communication activities
  • Support engagement events, surveys, newsletters, and digital communications

Minimum Qualifications

  • One year of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative support, or marketing/communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, online platforms, and social media
  • Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DHS background check
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain; training provided)

Work Environment
This role is primarily office-based. Occasional travel within the community may be required for outreach or events.
