Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• I require an active Top-Secret clearance.
• I expect candidates to have a high school diploma and 2-3 years of experience.
• You need to be able to work on-site in Boyers, PA.
• I will have you perform work under direct supervision and handle basic issues and problems, referring more complex ones to higher-level staff.
• You should possess a foundational understanding of the subject matter.

• I will have you develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance and sustain quality across the organization.
• You will report to the Department head or Team Lead.
• I expect you to conduct inspections of finished or in-process goods, analyze data, and identify trends in defects or errors.
• You will investigate quality failures, recommending modifications to internal procedures to prevent future quality issues.
• I will task you with assessing and reporting on the impact of process changes on quality.
• You may also be responsible for monitoring vendors or suppliers to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Additionally, you will work on moderately challenging assignments that will require you to make judgements in resolving issues.
• You will follow procedures to evaluate the quality of service through monitoring calls and various work types focusing on customer service quality, informational accuracy, and adherence to established policies.
• I will have you conduct call monitoring sessions and provide feedback on the results.
• You will evaluate interactions of a complex nature between callers and workers and provide relevant context for ratings.
