This company has been in business for over 40 years and has a stable staff with excellent tenure. The organization also has several divisions including construction and development. This person will oversee day to day management of multiple properties (office, retail, medical, industrial) and assist with rents, budgets, capital expenses, vendor management, contracts, tenant relations, and lease administration.
