Are you ready for the next step in your property management career? This group in Sarasota, FL is open to promoting an Assistant Property Manager into a Property Manager role. This company has been in business for over 40 years and has a stable staff with excellent tenure. The organization also has several divisions including construction and development. This person will oversee day to day management of multiple properties (office, retail, medical, industrial) and assist with rents, budgets, capital expenses, vendor management, contracts, tenant relations, and lease administration. Generous annual bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining tenant and vendor relations
• Communicating with tenants on various work order requests
• Following up with vendors to ensure appropriate services provided
• Processing tenant move-in and move-outs
• Coding invoices
• Coordinating vendor services
• Following up on accounts receivable
• Reviewing vendor bids and selecting contractors
• Coordinating preventative maintenance
• Lease administration
• Preparing budgets
• Reviewing financials and providing reporting to Ownership
• Coordinating tenant events
• Ensuring certificates of insurance and business licenses are up to date
• Assisting with various specialty projects

• Detailed

Required Skills:

• BA or BS degree, preferred
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• 2+ year of property management experience
