Shift: Day/Nigh Available 
40 Hours / Week

• The Production Team Member is a member of the Manufacturing Production Team and will be responsible for contributing to the hands-on production of the Company's world-class vehicles and/or electric vehicle powertrains.
• The team member's pride in quality craftsmanship and commitment to punctual attendance are crucial for our team to achieve success.
• Candidates must have the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• They will also be required to work closely with professionals from support organizations such as engineering, quality, and supplier representatives in various aspects of the overall manufacturing process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to foster effective working relationships and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Work as an integral part of the production team to ensure smooth operations and efficient output.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform various tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operation, as necessary.
• Follow standardized operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Adherence to Environmental Health and Safety standards including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by job assignment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all staff members.
• Physical work includes frequent pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, lifting, standing, repetitive motions, etc.
• Lifting objects at various load levels.
• Use of tooling that requires specialized training.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new environments.
• Comfortable learning innovative technology
• Flexibility to support any shift including day, afternoon, night, weekend and swing shifts, as needed. Holiday work may be required.
• Punctuality and attendance are paramount.
• Ability to follow a standardized sequence of steps in a process repetitively for a long time.
• Ability to maintain rate of production while maintaining an elevated level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have command of the English language both written & verbal.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform similar actions during the workday.
• All candidates will be required to pass a comprehensive background check.
