Job Description:

• While reporting to the Plant Manager as the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the process improvements, conducting studies and making recommendation about continuous process control improvements which enhance productivity and improve quality within the Winchester plant.

Responsibilities:

• Providing plant leadership for manufacturing control strategies
• Developing capital authorization requests and managing capital projects
• Utilizing Six Sigma and TQM tools to enhance productivity and reduce scrap
• Developing improvement action plans based on the audits and managing the implementation of those plans
• Provide support to the production and maintenance departments within the plant.

Requirements:

• Good communication and technical sills
• Plastics experience
• Good business and technical skills.

Education:

• You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
