Pharmacist Highlights

• The pay for this position is $53.00 per hour
• Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm (local time zone)
• Fully remote position
• This position is a contract role

Responsibilities

• Review and complete criteria-based prior authorization requests in alignment with company policy and procedures
• Conduct case reviews and interpret benefit information
• Communicate effectively with providers and health plan representatives
• Follow guidelines to protect patient confidentiality and company assets
• Maintain a secure and private work environment while working remotely
• Ensure computer equipment is locked or shut down when unattended
• Comply with Privacy Practices
• This is a safety-sensitive role

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Must have an active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence (must be listed on resume with expiration date)
• Prior authorization or PBM pharmacy experience required
• Must provide internet speed test screenshot (from on resume
• High-speed internet required: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
• Must have a smartphone (VPN token will be installed)
• Must have a private, secure workspace during business hours
• Basic computer proficiency and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal communication

Training

• Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm CT
• Class-based start: All candidates must start on the same date
