As our full-time Plumbing Supervisor , you'll lead a team of talented plumbers, helping them maximize every service and installation opportunity.

THE BASICS

Pay : With a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 - $70,000/year , plus bonuses.

Schedule : As a Plumbing Supervisor, you'll enjoy a full-time role with flexible shifts . Expect to work 10-hour shifts and 8-hour shifts depending on the day, with shared on-call duties.

YOUR DAY AS A PLUMBING SUPERVISOR

In your role as a Plumbing Supervisor, your day will begin by meeting with your team of plumbers to review service jobs, focusing on key metrics like close rate, average ticket, and profitability. You'll monitor their sales performance and identify areas for coaching or training to ensure everyone is equipped to succeed. Your job will include working closely with designated dispatchers to organize the daily job board, assigning tasks based on capabilities, urgency, and equipment. Throughout your day, you'll be actively involved in coaching and supporting your team, whether that's riding along with technicians on service calls or visiting project sites.

You'll address customer issues promptly and work to resolve any challenges that arise. As part of your management duties, you'll regularly inspect technician appearance, vehicles, equipment, and stock. Additionally, you'll handle employee performance through counseling and disciplinary sessions, as well as assist in recruiting and hiring new talent to keep the team strong.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A PLUMBING SUPERVISOR

• 2+ years of service plumbing experience, with extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Experience in key service plumbing and excavation sales processes, including sewer replacements, hydro jetting, trenchless repairs, tankless water heaters, and softening systems
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and foster company growth

A plumbing license is preferred. ServiceTitan experience is also a plus!
