Responsibilities Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal Trainers Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club Coach and guide direct reports on client engagement, prescription, acquisition, and retention Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to review performance, motivate, and guide towards goals Administer and manage the CrunchOne Kickoff experience to acquire personal training clients Generate personal training client leads and new clients for the team Ensure accurate administration of PT services, including programs, supplements, and progress tracking Maintain accurate reporting and data for departmental performance insights Align resources based on KPIs and organizational priorities Provide excellent customer service by responding to member inquiries within 24 hours Report to the General Manager and Director of Fitness on key results and action plans Maintain accurate time clock and session utilization records Keep certification and CPR records of all personal training staff up to date Minimum Requirements 1-2 years of experience as a personal trainer preferred Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required Experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred Solid understanding of the fitness industry, market, and key business drivers CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire) Certifications Required in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications, such as: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, NESTA, NFPT, or other recognized certifications Physical & Education Requirements Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs Prolonged standing, walking, lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary potential of $100,000+ annually Flexible PTO, health insurance, life and disability benefits, and more Paid fitness membership for employee and spouse Opportunities for professional growth and certification reimbursement Other Details No travel required Equal Opportunity Employer; complies with ADA No visa sponsorship offered Join us in making Crunch Fitness the talk of the town!
