Job Description
The PCA (which must be a certified CNA or above) will provide personal care services as needed, and as indicated in client's Plan of Care. These services will be provided under the supervision of the RN (registered Nurse). Some examples of these services may include Bathing, Personal hygiene, Grooming, Dressing, Toileting, Ambulation, Eating, Cleaning, scheduling appointments and accompanying client to appointments, Cooking, Washing/Ironing clothes, Grocery shopping, and Documentation.
