We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a commitment to quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards
• Inspect items for defects or damages before packing
• Label packages clearly and correctly for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Assist with inventory management by keeping track of packed items
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing packing duties

Requirements

• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed
