OWNER AND OPERATOR DRIVER POSITION 
Regional Flatbed home every weekend. 1099 driver position and driver makes 25% of the gross.

A minimum of (3) years over the road verifiable recent driving experiences 

• 3 yrs OTR Experience
• At least 1 years Flatbed Verifiable Experience
• Must be able to drive a 10 speed manual transmission truck
• Ability to Tarp load properly when required
• Twic Card
• Ability to properly and safely secure load
• Pre- Trip and Post- Trip for preventable maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• On-time pick ups and deliveries
• Daily vehicle inspection report
• Daily pre-trip and post trip
• Truck is maintained 100% operating order with DOT standards

Qualifications: 

• Must be 25 years of age.
• Must possess only (1) Contractors license of the proper type (CDL) with the required endorsements
• Controlled substance and alcohol abuse investigation
• MVR Review
• Must have acceptable references from previous employers.
• No falsifications or incorrect information on application. Application must accurately reflect all periods of employment, self-employment, training, military and unemployment for the past ten years.
• Must have no conviction for DWI or DUI within the past (10) years.
• Must not have been convicted of reckless or careless driving last (5) yrs.
• No license suspensions or revocations for driving conduct.
• No refusing or failing and DOT mandated drug or alcohol test within (10) years of the date on the application.
• No Convictions for possession, sale or use of any illegal drugs
• No truck abandonment ever
• No major preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past (3) years.
• Must pass a physical examination, drug testing, and Company Orientation.
• A minimum of (2) years over the road verifiable recent driving experience
