We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled OSP Directional Drilling Laborer to join our New Mexico team. This position is crucial to supporting our directional drilling operations for underground utilities and fiber installations.

As a laborer, you will assist in various tasks related to the setup, maintenance, and support of directional drilling projects. You will work closely with the drill operator, ensuring the job site remains safe and organized while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the drill operator in setting up and maintaining equipment for directional drilling operations.
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, marking utility lines, and ensuring safety measures are in place.
• Load and unload materials and equipment necessary for drilling tasks.
• Support daily drilling operations by monitoring bore path and assisting with the installation of conduit and fiber.
• Operate machinery and tools as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, following all safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laborer role, preferably within construction or telecom industries.
• Familiarity with directional drilling operations is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.
