This role includes patient evaluation, treatment planning, follow-up care, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, and assessments specific to orthopedic conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Assist in minor procedures and office-based orthopedic interventions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, MRIs, labs). Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and post-care management. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards. Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and manage patient cases effectively. Stay current with medical advancements and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Massachusetts. Certification in Orthopedic practice preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years to 5 years of experience in orthopedics or related specialties. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
