This is a Hybrid position with travel onsite and the successful candidate must live in LA County.

Description

T2 Tech Group is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven program manager with strong program management competencies to manage large scale and complex programs. The program manager will be responsible for defining and driving strategic alignment with our clients IT leadership, key organizational stakeholders and business process owners to coordinate and plan multiyear projects focused on healthcare applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of project and program management and robust Healthcare IT experience. This role requires strong coordination, a highly collaborative approach, a deep knowledge of project methodologies and processes, and a good base understanding of healthcare applications and workflows. Successful candidates will have the proven ability to drive execution of enterprise level programs and overall portfolios by delivering successful results and being accountable for overall delivery.

About the initial project:

Join us for an unparalleled opportunity to spearhead an enterprise-wide back-office transformation at a prestigious top academic medical center. As the Program Manager, you will lead a groundbreaking multi-year initiative to implement Oracle Fusion Cloud for ERP, HCM, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience.

This phased implementation involves a dynamic cross-matrix team, including a system integrator that will be supporting the planning, design and build. This project chance to lead a truly transformative project that will have a lasting impact on the client and allow them to realize a real return on investment.

Although this program will be the initial focus of the role, this is a long-term position at T2 and a good candidate that excels with T2 in this initial multiyear program will be placed on other programs and clients if available following this engagement[KT1] .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the strategy and implementation of the program in partnership with the T2 principles responsible for the engagements
• Coordinate, engage and lead a large and diverse group of stakeholders and subject matter experts through a complex program that will include fundamentally changing workflows and current processes.
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation in coordination with the system integrator.
• Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment through constant communication and realistic expectation setting
• Manage team of project managers and coordinators to effectively and efficiently execute on project goals and objectives
• Manage the relationships with the external vendors involved and enforce accountability and quality delivery where required
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of project management tools and processes used with the delivery lifecycle
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet business needs 

Requirements

• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience managing large-scale ERP projects with stakeholders across multiple departments and disciplines
• Strong knowledge of healthcare provider operations, applications, and industry standards
• Experience with Oracle Fusion CloudHi would be ideal but not required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in risk identification, management and mitigation, and change management procedures
• Demonstrated ability to work on and manage challenging projects with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve objectives with limited supervision and guidance
• Ability to manage agile, waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel and equivalent planning tools
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
